Refund policy

Doe's crafts is small business that cares about customer satisfaction. We are committed to creating personalized items that meet your expectations and help you celebrate important life events. However we understand that sometimes returns may need to be made. Please see our returns and refund policy below and take time to read it carefully:

General information:

  1. Customers have 14 days to return their order from the day they receive it. 
  2. Non-returnable items:
  • Personalized items: Unfortunately personalized items cannot be returned due to them being made specifically for you.  
  • Sale items: all sale items are final items and are non-refundable

Creating a return: 

  1. In order to return your item please email us on: doesdecor@gmail.com stating your order number, the item(s) for return and the reason.
  2. Wait for a reply approving your return and any further details I may require you to add to your return.
  3. Pack items into their original packaging ensuring any labels or tags are still attached. Any items that had a label/tag/sticker attached that are returned without these may result in us being unable to refund the item(s). 
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided to you in the return approval email. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your product reaches us safely. 

Refund processing: 

  1. Once your returned item(s) have been received back in our depot they will inspected to ensure that they meet our eligibility criteria and we will notify you that we have received the item(s).
  2. If the item(s) meet the criteria we will process the return within 5 working days and the credited amount will be refunded to your original payment method. 
  3. You will then be notified that the refund has been processed and should receive the refund within 7 days. 

Please Note: 

  • Returns will not be accepted if I haven't confirmed this previously via email.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to errors on our behalf. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item(s) reach us safely.
